About the Data
The data received in our app is provided by the stores that offer their products and services through it or by users who use our previous prior request and confirmation by the user when accessing the chat. Also, from information the process of making our tools known. In all cases, the data will be kept confidential and only used in relation to the service requested or offered and aiming at providing good quality service.
When visitors to the bot subscribe directly to the store that shows its products on the bot, these data will be shared with such store directly, with its use resulting from an agreement between both parties (user and store), not having our service any sort of role or responsibility.
The data are stored in our records, and kept and safeguarded with the companies that provide us with services. They will also be shared with those businesses, vendors, etc with whom the user has interacted through the chat.

Users’ rights
Any user of our applications can check the information that is stored and request us to delete it. In such a case, Itertranslations is nor responsible for the handling fo the information as it is an outside relationship between third parties, due to which any requirement shall be posed to the store or establishment the user interacted with.

End users of the Itertranslations chat bot of Messenger or other platforms:
The app is totally free of charge for end users who might want to make full use of the power of the app.
The users commit themselves to their use only within the framework of use for which the app was created and keeping and going by the good customs and use norms of these tools. Also, accepting and going by any policy established by the platform in which these apps are developed (for example, Messenger from Facebook).
Itertranslations and its developers and members do not in the least related with the products and services offered through our apps. The app shows and offers third parties’ products and services, due to which any transaction performed on the bot is limited to the absolute responsibility of both parties, without any kind of responsibility or claim under no circumstance to us, for the transactions developed on the app.
